Schedule A Class!

A $60 deposit is required to reserve your spot for each class or workshop.

The deposit will be deducted from the full class fee. After class, students will pay the remaining balance. Any eligible discounts will be applied to the final balance after class.

Online deposits are processed securely through our booking system. If you would like to pay by Zelle instead, please contact us directly before booking.

Discounts are applied after class when the remaining balance is paid, not at the time of booking.

Current available discounts include:

• Bring-a-Friend Discount
  Bring a friend to the same class or workshop, and both students will receive 20% off the full class fee.

• Student Discount（Membership & Creative Courses only）
  Students may receive 10% off with a valid student ID.

Discounts cannot be combined unless otherwise approved by Soft Hours Studio. The $70 deposit is still required to reserve each spot and will be deducted from the discounted final total.

Because our classes are small and seats are limited, deposits are non-refundable.

If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours before your class time. We are happy to help you move your booking to another available class date.

Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before class may not be guaranteed.

Please arrive on time so we can begin together. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may not be able to cover all class content in full.

All materials and tools needed for class are included unless otherwise noted. Students do not need to bring their own yarn or equipment.

If you have yarn you would like to use, you are welcome to bring it. We can wind it for you at the studio free of charge before class, and you may use it during your session if it is suitable for the machine.

Due to the physical nature of machine knitting, including pushing the carriage and operating the machine safely, our regular machine knitting classes are open to students ages 16 and older.

Students under 16 who are interested in learning may contact us by email to request a special appointment. For safety reasons, they must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or older, and the adult must take the class together with them. The student and accompanying adult will share one machine during the session.
