Our Collaborations

Soft Hours Studio welcomes collaborations across fashion, textile, art, education, and community-based creative practices.

We see machine knitting not only as a production method, but also as a creative language — one that connects design, material experimentation, storytelling, and collective making. Through workshops, exhibitions, and collaborative projects, we aim to create space for slower, more thoughtful forms of creation and exchange.

We are especially interested in collaborations that explore textiles in unexpected ways — from wearable design and artistic research to community engagement and interdisciplinary creative practices.

Collaborators & Projects

Designers

Lorena Pipenco

For Lorena Pipenco’s Autumn Winter 2026 runway show, we created a series of sculptural accessories that brought the collection’s vision to life with care and precision. We then supported those pieces through to production, ensuring the same thoughtful quality carried from the first sample to the finished work.

Fang NYC

Our partnership with Fang NYC has grown into a deeper, multi-season creative exchange. We have now collaborated on both the Spring Summer 2026 and Autumn Winter 2026 runway shows, designing and producing distinctive knitwear showpieces. Across both seasons, we worked closely on design and sampling, translated concepts into runway-ready garments, liaised with factories throughout production, and were backstage before each show making detailed, last-minute adjustments. These projects reflect our commitment to thoughtful making and the shared energy that emerges when creative practices truly meet.
